How long does my order take to ship?

Orders will be prepared, parcelled up and sent within 7 days of order. If an order is required asap express shipping and handling can be provided. Insurance can also be purchased.

Please note you will be refunded up to $100 if product arrives damaged, however if product is worth more than that we recommend shipping insurance which is an extra $2.50 per $100 so for example if product is worth $280 that is $5 extra to the shipping cost.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes we will ship overseas, we will provide a quote for shipping.

What is your return policy? 

Returns can be made within two weeks of arrival as long as item is returned in same condition as sent with shipping costs incurred by purchaser.
